About the role

Smartkarma seeks a senior analyst or analyst team to build ongoing US IPO and direct listings research coverage with deal size expectations of USD 100mn or higher. The role involves data-driven scoring, pre-IPO tearsheets, valuation insights, and post-IPO trading summaries. Within six months, the team will provide high-touch service for select institutional clients including pre-deal positioning, market intelligence, and bespoke notes NDA-driven; desk access via email and direct calls.
