About the role

Silent-Aire, a division of Johnson Controls, seeks an Advanced Manufacturing Quality Engineer to safeguard the quality and reliability of our data center equipment throughout NPI and steady-state production. You will lead APQP activities, DFMEAs, PFMEAs, Control Plans, and QRD deliverables with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Plant Quality. Collaborate with customers, drive continuous improvement, and guide RCAs and 8D problem solving while fostering cross-functional teamwork and safety.
