About the role

Chief, Personnel Support Section Serves as Chief, Personnel Support Section for the 30th Signal Battalion and Network Enterprise Center as a consultant to the Battalion Commander and staff on personnel resource programs. Provides full scope of technical civilian Human Resources (HR) and military personnel management for the 30th Signal BN. Works under the general direction of the Executive Officer. Supervises one senior military NCO as a subordinate section supervisor, three military personnel support specialists and two civilian employees. Provides oversight for the Risk Management Internal Control Program (RMICP)
