About the role

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Operations Readiness function within the MWB Business Operations Team. You will own the end-to-end readiness lifecycle for initiatives, shaping processes, performance measures, and support models to ensure scalable deployment. Collaborating with Operations Innovation, Technology, Change Management, and Training, you will ensure readiness is embedded in planning and execution, acting as a trusted advisor and driving continuous improvement across #J-18808-Ljbffr
