About the role

Commercial Real Estate Coordinator Are you detail-oriented, strong at project coordination, and passionate about commercial real estate? We're looking for a driven individual to support client relationship management, transaction coordination, and marketing content creation. This is a high-volume role focused on multi-tasking and recurring deliverables (e-blasts, flyers, site plan updates, and other marketing materials). You'll primarily support the Landlord Representation team, with additional support for 1–3 other brokers. You thrive under pressure, prioritize effectively, and take ownership of your work. You're self-motivated, open to using AI for efficiency, and confident working with brokers—comfortable asking questions and providing constructive pushback when needed. This role is ideal for a reliable "grinder" who values steady, high-quality execution over rapid career pivots. What You Bring Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, Finance or related discipline OR equivalent work experience. Intermediate proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).Excellent organizational, interpersonal, writing, and communication skills with the ability to communicate analytical and marketing data effectively. Proven ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
What Success Looks Like: You operate as a trusted partner and primary point of contact for brokers and clients, consistently delivering responsive communication, strong relationship management, and a high-quality client experience throughout the deal lifecycle. You enable brokers (especially the Landlord Representation team) to maximize productivity and focus on revenue-generating activities by proactively managing timelines, deliverables, and day-to-day coordination in a high-volume setting. You have experience supporting proposal responses related to the transaction management process. You compile market data (rent comparable analysis, sales comparable analysis, demand drivers, etc.).You prepare correspondence, documents, flyers, Requests for Proposals, LOIs, reports, account invoices, and high volumes of recurring materials (e-blasts, site plan updates, tour books, property flyers) with direction from brokers and/or knowledge of company policies and procedures. You consistently deliver high-quality, detail-oriented work that reflects brand standards and professionalism, enhancing both team credibility and client satisfaction. You work closely with assigned brokers to maximize their time and productivity. You support marketing and business development efforts by creating and executing email campaigns, developing proposals and pitch materials, and producing high-quality marketing collateral that enhances team visibility, strengthens client engagement, and contributes to winning new business. You create and edit presentations for prospect / client meetings. You manage, update, maintain and post transactions in our databases.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
