I’m working with a leading private equity firm looking to add an experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to its growing Pittsburgh team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is proactive, highly organized, personable, and detail-oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Will support a Senior Partner so exWhat You’ll Do: • Manage calendars, scheduling, meetings, and travel • Coordinate meeting materials, catering, and logistics • Build travel itineraries and assist with expense reporting • Provide administrative support to team leaders • Coordinate important mailings and office-related activities • Help keep day-to-day operations organized and running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of Administrative Assistant or similar experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to anticipate needs and take ownership
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Concur or similar travel/expense system experience preferred
