About the role

Lube Technician We're looking for a motivated, dependable Lube Technician to join our service team at our Ford dealership. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with vehicles, takes pride in quality work, and wants to build a career in the automotive industry. As a Lube Technician, you'll perform routine maintenance and basic service work while working alongside experienced automotive technicians in a professional dealership environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform oil and filter changes, lubrication services, and routine vehicle maintenance
  • Inspect and check fluid levels, tire pressure, belts, hoses, and other basic vehicle components
  • Perform tire rotations and basic tire inspections
  • Complete multi-point vehicle inspections accurately
  • Follow Ford and dealership service procedures and safety standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Properly use and maintain shop equipment and tools
  • Communicate vehicle concerns and recommended repairs to service advisors and technicians
  • Document work performed accurately on repair orders
  • Provide customers with dependable, high-quality service
Qualifications:
  • Previous automotive or mechanical experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and mechanical systems
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to safely lift and handle automotive components and equipment
