About the role
We’re hiring remote Client Services Specialists to work directly with prospective clients, understand their needs, explain available protection options, and provide professional support throughout the decision and application process. This position includes the sale of life insurance products and commission-based compensation. No previous insurance or sales experience is required. Training, licensing guidance, mentorship, and ongoing support are provided.
What You’ll Do:
- Connect with prospective clients who have requested information
- Communicate with clients by phone or video
- Ask questions to understand individual needs and priorities
- Clearly explain available financial protection and coverage options
- Help clients evaluate options and move through the application process
- Maintain organized follow-up and ongoing client communication
- Build positive, professional client relationships
Required Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable speaking with people by phone or video
- Professional, dependable, and client-focused
- Organized and able to manage follow-upCoachable and willing to learn

Compensation
This is a 1099 independent contractor position with commission-based, performance-driven compensation.
