About the role

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Field Team Lead to coach and develop our Residential Canvassing team while working alongside them in the field in Meridian, ID. The role operates Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with a pay of $26 per hour plus uncapped performance bonuses. You will lead canvassers, coach conversations, organize daily field activities, and represent the company professionally to homeowners.
