About the role
Concrete Construction Laborer Opportunity We're partnering with a growing concrete construction team to hire full-time Concrete Construction Laborers. If you like working with your hands, being outdoors, and seeing the results of your work at the end of the day, this is a solid opportunity to build a long-term career in construction.
What You'll be Doing:
- Assist with forming, pouring, and finishing concrete for slabs, footings, and foundations
- Set and strip forms, place and tie rebar, and help prepare job sites
- Use hand tools and equipment (shovels, compactors, jackhammers, etc.)Help with grading, leveling, and site preparation
- Support crews with material handling, cleanup, and daily setup
- Learn and grow into more skilled tasks like finishing and layout work
- Who We're Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and reliability - show up ready to work
- Comfortable with physical labor (lifting 50-100 lbs, bending, working outdoors)
- Experience in construction or concrete work is a plus, but not required
- Ability to use basic hand tools and read a tape measure
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
