About the role

Mercy Vineyard in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Kids Ministry Director to lead children from nursery through fifth grade for the fall 2026 opening. The role provides vision, leadership, and oversight for all kids ministry activities and environment. You will recruit and equip volunteers, partner with parents in spiritual formation, and create safe, engaging programs where kids experience Jesus’ love, grow as disciples, and take age-appropriate next steps in following Christ.
