Prepare smoothies, juices, bowls, and food items to company standards Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe environment Operate the point-of-sale system and accurately process transactions Work efficiently as part of a team during busy periods Help create a positive atmosphere for both guests and coworkers

Strong communication and people skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliability and a strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and commitment to quality Previous experience in customer service, food service, hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required.
