Benefits: Medical, Dental, PTO, Paid Vacation, Retirement Plan with Company MatchAbout the RoleClear Carbon & Components Inc. is hiring Composite Manufacturing Technicians to fabricate high-end custom carbon fiber and composite components. Our products are used in specialized industries including aerospace, defense, marine, musical instruments, and undersea applications This is a hands-on manufacturing position where precision, attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed work instructions are critical. Previous composite experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train a motivated candidate with manufacturing, fabrication, production, assembly, or other hands-on experience who wants to learn a specialized trade.

What You'll Do:

Fabricate custom carbon fiber and composite components
Perform prepreg lamination and composite layup
Perform vacuum bagging and infusion molding processes
Prepare molds and composite materials for production
Sand, finish, and prepare components to meet quality standards
Follow drawings, specifications, laminate schedules, and detailed work instructions
Inspect finished components for quality and accuracy
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow company safety and quality procedures
Work independently and as part of a manufacturing team Preferred Experience Experience with any of the following is highly desirable:
Carbon fiber or fiberglass fabrication Vacuum infusion molding
Prepreg lamination
Vacuum bagging
Composite layup
Aerospace or marine composites
Composite manufacturing
Mold preparation and finishing
Sanding and finishing composite components Other Backgrounds We Consider We also encourage candidates with hands-on experience in:
Manufacturing or production
Fabrication
Assembly
Aerospace manufacturing
Marine manufacturing
Autobody
Machine shop or CNC environments
Woodworking
Other precision skilled trades No previous composite experience? That's okay. We're willing to train motivated candidates who have strong hands-on skills, mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a desire to learn composite manufacturing.
