$1088.00/week -Job Summary: The Phlebotomist is responsible for collecting blood samples from patients accurately and efficiently. They play a key role in supporting diagnostic processes by ensuring proper specimen collection and handling.
Responsibilities:
Collect blood samples from patients following established protocols.
Verify patient identity and label specimens correctly to prevent errors.
Prepare and maintain all phlebotomy equipment and supplies.
Adhere to safety and infection control standards at all times.
Document patient information and specimen details accurately into the system.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure timely sample processing.
Qualifications:
- Possess a valid Phlebotomy certification or equivalent credentials.
- Have previous experience in venipuncture and specimen collection.
- Demonstrate excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain knowledge of safety protocols and infection control procedures.
- Be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.Benefits & Growth:
