About the role
NTT DATA Services seeks a Senior IT Clinical Service Desk Associate for a REMOTE role. Located primarily in Fort Worth, TX area, the person will handle inbound calls across Epic, Cerner, McKesson and Meditech, supporting clinical workflows. The role requires shift flexibility (nights, weekends, holidays) and the ability to work 8–10 hour shifts in a call-center environment with 24/7 coverage.
