About the role

Advanced Input Systems (1HMX/AIS) seeks a Principal Mechanical Engineer to be the senior technical authority on mechanical and electromechanical design for our most complex programs. You will set technical direction, resolve challenging design/manufacturing problems, and mentor engineers while driving end-to-end designs from ideation through production. This role oversees plastic, elastomeric, and metal parts, and interfaces with customers and factory teams at executive and technical levels.
