About the role

Supporting the growth of Macy's Marketplace, the full-time remote Marketplace Seller Success Assistant will manage seller relationships, refine success processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the seller experience. Key responsibilities Assist in executing the Marketplace growth strategy and refining seller success processes Build and manage a portfolio of Tier 2 & Tier 3 seller accounts, identifying growth opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate merchant goals into actionable initiatives Required qualifications Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making Experience in account management or seller support roles Understanding of e-commerce and marketplace dynamics Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams Proficiency in conducting competitive analysis and market research
