We are looking for a Home Care Clinical Supervisor to lead and support our clinical team while helping ensure patient centered care remains at the heart of everything we do.
In this role, you will:
- Lead, support, and mentor frontline clinical staff
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care
- Help develop and support clinical team members
- Help recruit and retain strong clinical staff
- Establish and maintain standards for quality care
- Support clinical compliance, training, and professional development
- Identify opportunities to improve care and processes
- Maintain a collaborative, patient-focused team environment
- Provide clinical and administrative leadership alongside the Home Care Team
What we're looking for:
- Missouri Registered Nurse license
- Three years of home care and management experience highly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to build relationships with patients, families, physicians, and clinical staff
- A positive, collaborative approach and strong commitment to patient care
- Lead where it matters.
