About the role

CSD Custom Woodworks in Lindström, MN is seeking an entry-level drafter to learn our kitchen cabinetry process and grow into measuring, drawing, and packaging each job. You’ll train hands-on with a small team, work 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed, and build real skill in drafting and design for years to come. This in-house role offers mentorship from a veteran team and a path to ownership through experience.
