CounterFind is looking for a Sales & Client Success Extern to join our team in Dallas.CounterFind is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company protecting the world's biggest sports, music, and entertainment brands from counterfeit and infringing products online. Think recording artists, athletes, and influencers, we help protect their name, image, and likeness.What you'll do:This is a cross-functional role split between two teams:Client Success: support account admin, client reporting, onboarding, and communications, plus sit in on real client calls to see relationship management in action.Sales/SDR: research target companies, help build a qualified lead pipeline, support discovery call coordination, and keep CRM data clean alongside our AEs.You'll get direct mentorship from Sales and Client Success leaders, and hands-on exposure to how a growing SaaS company runs its full customer lifecycle.Details:Part-time, 10-20 hrs/weekHybridDallas, TXPaid hourlyWho we're looking for: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, Sports Management, or similar. No experience required, just strong communication skills, organization, and genuine curiosity about a career in Sales or Client Success.
