Location:
The physician will shuttle between these 2 locations - Richmond Hill (Queens) & New Hyde Park, NY (New Hyde Park is in Long Island.) - Alternate days between Queens and long island. Comprehensive outpatient pain management across two New York offices with a strong emphasis on interventional procedures.
We are currently seeking an Interventional Pain Management Physician/Physiatrist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive pain management services between our offices in New Hyde Park and Richmond Hill, including the diagnosis and treatment of various pain conditions, with strong emphasis on interventional procedures. Seeking Candidates that are Residency Trained in PM&R and Fellowship Trained in Interventional Pain Management
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients to diagnose and treat musculoskeletal, neurological, spinal disorders and other medical conditions that affect movement and function.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, including physical therapy, acupuncture, and injections and interventional procedures.
Interventional procedures include Cervical/Lumbar Epidural injections, Medial branch blocks, RFA, Spinal cord stimulator trials, Percutaneous discectomy, SI Joint injections/Fusion, Joint injections and other interventions
Qualifications:
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
Fellowship in Pain Management
Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment

ScheduleMonday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Alternating Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
