About the role

Advastar, Inc. is hiring an Operations Manager to build and lead its Ohio transmission and distribution business from the Dayton-area office. You will oversee project managers and estimators and own the division's financial results. The on-site role requires a B.S. in construction management or engineering and 7+ years in electrical contracting, with strong Ohio utility relationships. Compensation includes $145k–$160k base, a 45% annual bonus, a company vehicle (year 1) with a $1,200 monthly
