The Senior Franchise Auditor provides training, guidance, and support to Franchise Audit Staff. Serving as a subject matter expert on royalty processes and policies, this role conducts complex royalty audits and contributes to the development of training, communications and departmental documentation. The position also supports audit planning, departmental initiatives and continuousprocess improvement. The ideal candidate will possess:--Minimum four years of auditing experience--Experience with franchise royalty audits is a plus--Proficiency in Quick Books or comparable accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel--Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA, CIA is a plus Compensation consists of:--Base salary up to $106,000--Robust medical, vision and dental options--401(k) with company match--Company profit sharing plan--Generous paid time-off and paid holidays--Paid parental leave and more
