Company Overview: Our client is a well-established aviation aftermarket business specialising in the supply of aircraft spare parts and asset solutions to commercial airlines, MROs and aviation organisations worldwide.
Job Summary: Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and expand its commercial activities across North America. This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established aviation aftermarket business and take ownership of a strategically important region. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, developing new customer relationships and expanding market share across airlines, MROs and aviation trading organisations.
Experience Required: 5+ years' experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management in the aviation aftermarket industry. Strong network across tier-one North American airlines and MROs. Proven experience selling or purchasing airframe rotable parts to airlines and MROs. Track record of winning new business and growing customer accounts. Strong understanding of the commercial aviation aftermarket sector. Key Responsibilities &
Requirements: Grow sales and win new business across North America. Build strong relationships with airlines, MROs, and aviation companies. Manage customer needs and provide excellent service. Negotiate deals and find new sales opportunities. Self-motivated hunter with strong communication skills and a track record of hitting targets.
