HotFoot Recruiters is hiring a Bilingual Safety Project Coordinator to support engineering and construction operations for a fast-growing semiconductor construction contractor in North Phoenix. This role supports both field and office activities, including documentation, coordination, and translation, in a fast-paced project environment.Position: Bilingual Safety Project CoordinatorLocation: North Phoenix, AZ (On-Site)Type: Full-Time | Direct HireSchedule: Monday-FridayPay: $32/hr DOEResponsibilitiesSupport project coordination, tracking progress and communicating with contractors, suppliers, and internal teamsAssist with invoicing, payment tracking, and preparation of project documentationProvide Mandarin-English translation support for engineers and field teamsOrganize and maintain project documents, drawings, reports, and meeting notesSupport data tracking, reporting, and documentation using Excel and Microsoft OfficeAssist with general administrative and project support across field and office operationsQualificationsBilingual in Mandarin and English (required)Associate's degree or higher (Engineering, Construction, or related preferred)Experience in construction, project support, or administrative coordination preferredProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasksComfortable working on-site in both office and active construction environmentsStrong communication and teamwork skills
