Lead a team to elevate graphic design and animated deliverables for professional execution. Collaborate as a strategic partner with the VP, Creative for thought leadership, concept design, team development, project assignment, and workload balance. Execute with a balance of leadership, strategic thinking, decision-making, creativity, and process discipline.We believe great things happen when teams connect. Our schedule is built around 4 days of high-impact, in-office collaboration (Monday-Thursday), paired with Friday Flexibility to wrap up your week remotely. This position will sit in our Atlanta, GA location.What you'll doProvides art direction, design, and produces best-in-class creative deliverables that always align and support the Equifax brand in a variety of design projects, including, but not limited to: presentations, digital experiences, collateral, photoshoots, animations, print design, environmental graphicsLeads a small team and provides art direction to push creativity and refine design to deliver excellence while staying true to the brand standardsEngages in brainstorming, thought leadership, and other group collaborations with larger team to generate creative ideas, concepts, themes, and campaigns to push creative and bring fresh perspectivesPartners with the VP, Creative to develop strategies, creative concepts and designs supporting brand thought leadershipActively engages AI technologies to gain efficiencies in both creative work and operational tasksConcepts, designs, and conducts creative reviews with the intention of supporting a seamless brand experienceConducts operational managerial duties for team oversight, professional development, and AI engagementWhat experience you needExcellent prioritizing and organizational skills and works well under pressure to meet deadlines in a high-volume, fast-turn environmentDemonstrates pride and personal accountability with the best intentions in all work: written communications, personal interactions, creative executions, and team leadershipAlways shows strong attention to detail for consistency and brand alignment across all projectsFlawless file set-up and delivery skills for print production projectsPresents ideas, concepts, and projects to various audiences in a confident and professional mannerProven ability to understand complex business conceptsUnderstanding of the brand with the ability to translate it effectively into creative visualsExpert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud design software: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; working knowledge of animation programsStays current on latest design trends, styles, and technologiesWhat could set you apartUse Google apps for enterprise environmentsTechnology, Fintech industryCorporate management#LI-AC1#LI-SK#LI-HybridWe offer comprehensive compensation and healthcare packages, 401k matching, paid time off, and organizational growth potential through our online learning platform with guided career tracks.Are you ready to power your possible?
