We’re partnering with a healthcare-focused marketing agency to find a skilled Group Project Manager. This temp role involves overseeing complex projects and guiding cross-functional teams. The position is remote—in region—and lasts between 10 to 26 weeks.
Group Project Manager Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate multiple project teams, ensuring seamless execution and delivery. Identify potential risks and develop plans to mitigate delays or issues. Build strong relationships internally and with clients to ensure clear communication of project needs. Collaborate with finance to develop estimates, review change orders, and support profitability. Mentor and support 3–4 direct reports, fostering professional development and maintaining high performance standards.
Group Project Manager Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. At least 5 years of project management experience, with a minimum of 1 year in agency management. Demonstrated leadership and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively. Experience with project management software platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
