Senior Project ManagerWork directly with leadership on high profile projects. Oversee local Phoenix projects ranging from $20M to $100M+.About Our ClientOur client is a well respected and established general contractor in the Phoenix area and are looking for an experienced senior project manager to join their growing team. They have several high profile commercial projects coming up and are looking for someone to lead them. This company has an incredible reputation and a strong backlog of projects.Job DescriptionManaging ground up multifamily projects from foundation to key turnover. Successfully lead construction projects valued over $20M+. Delivering on time and within budget projects for multifamily clients across Indianapolis. Create and maintain the master schedule. Assist in preconstruction planning. Oversee a project engineer and delegate tasks. Work alongside superintendent and subcontractors to deliver successful projects.The Successful Applicant7-10+ years of project management experience. Land development experience preferred. Commercial project experience. Demonstrated ability to direct, organize, and communicate with people of all levels and personalities. Ability to read and understand contracts, blueprints, construction project schedules, and scopes of work. Ability to successfully manage moderately complex projects from preconstruction stage to completion. Experience working on projects ground up & valued over $20M (minimum requirement). Experience managing budget, schedule, logistics, etc. Familiarity with Procore.What's on OfferBase salary: $125-150K, based upon experience. All in package: $160k+.
