About the role
Building the GTM enablement function from the ground up, the full-time remote Vice President of GTM Enablement will create role-based enablement programs, establish a repeatable sales process, and partner with various teams to translate strategy into practical field-ready programs.
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement the GTM enablement strategy, including governance models and success metrics
Create and manage role-based enablement programs for Sales and Client Experience teams, focusing on onboarding and ongoing education
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance discovery, messaging, and customer engagement processes
Required qualifications
12+ years of experience in GTM enablement, sales enablement, or related fields
Proven track record in building or transforming enablement functions in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle and sales processes
Experience with AI-enabled tools for content creation and learning management
Ability to define KPIs and analyze program effectiveness to communicate impact
