Retention Marketing Assistant The Retention Marketing Assistant supports the retention channels by driving the execution of email, SMS, push, and loyalty campaigns to achieve retention channel goals. This collaborative cross-functional role partners with merchandising, creative design, and the site team. The Retention Marketing Assistant will utilize the Klaviyo ESP and Push Owl platforms to set up, test, and deploy email, SMS, & push campaigns, while continuously optimizing retention programs. Essential Functions:Schedules and deploys daily retention campaigns across email, SMS, and web/app push in Klaviyo and Push Owl. Updates flows and sets up A/B tests in Klaviyo. Adheres to VICI's 360 calendar, ensuring product and content timelines are met through cross-functional team communication and project management in Asana. Validates inventory levels of marketed products ahead of deployment. Assists in creating and optimizing creative briefs for the retention channel calendar to inform creative development. Provides content inspiration and reference materials based on program analysis and competitive research. Analyzes campaign performance metrics and documents learnings. Builds and maintains A/B test result decks, customer segmentation insights, and creative performance with designers to develop email campaigns from basic brief to execution. Coordinates with various departments but also works independently to improve the entire email owned workflows by developing templates, repeatable processes, and using AI where We're Looking For:Highly detail oriented with complex campaign building experience. Experience working with Klaviyo or similar ESP.Strong communicator and demonstrated passion for content strategy and optimization within complex high growth environments. Understanding of email & SMS analytics and ability to transform data into actionable knowledge. Thrives as a self-starter, adept at navigating and excelling in ambiguous situations with minimal guidance. Demonstrated ability to use AI as part of workflow. Excellent time management and organization skills; meticulous attention to detail. Demonstrates a high degree of personal and professional integrity. Excellent problem-solving skills; willingness to think out-of-the-box to resolve issues. Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with Windows (Excel, Power Point), Mac and Google products, standard applications (Slack, Office 365, Chrome, etc.).Work Environment:Works in an indoor office/home office environment, temperature controlled Sit for long periods, standing and walking intermittently Use office equipment such as computer, mouse, keyboard, printer Occasionally lift or pull up to 20 pounds Education and Experience:BA/BS in business, marketing, analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).1-4+ years email marketing experience with consumer brands.
