Provide direct, high-quality behavioral health care to support patient well-being. Assist patients with daily activities, promoting independence and comfort. Support diagnostic procedures and deliver thoughtful therapeutic interventions. Observe and record patient progress, collaborating with the team to refine care plans. Build trusting, therapeutic relationships to empower patients throughout their recovery journey. What Minimum Requirements You'll Need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Certification specializing in Crisis Prevention preferred.
Nurse Aide credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing preferred.
Education:
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional Preferences:
- Bachelors degree in Psychology or similar field
- Psych experience
