Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations
  • Ensure timely and efficient processing of medical records requests from healthcare providers and patients
  • Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures for medical records management
  • Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure accurate and complete documentation of patient records
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of patient medical records at all times

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity of patient medical records
