About the role
Driving strategic partnerships with top health systems, the full-time Enterprise Healthcare Account Executive will manage a territory to address critical growth and patient acquisition challenges while executing complex sales motions and generating pipeline momentum remotely.
Key responsibilities
Advise healthcare leaders on digital trust signals and their impact on patient acquisition and engagement
Lead discovery sessions to connect business outcomes with Reputation's solutions, positioning them as essential growth drivers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to navigate sales processes, ensuring successful deal closures and multi-year partnerships
Required qualifications
8+ years of enterprise sales experience in the healthcare sector with a proven track record in complex, multi-stakeholder solutions
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to diagnose business problems and sell on outcomes
Demonstrated discipline in pipeline management and territory coverage, maintaining 3-4x coverage
High accountability for accurate pipeline forecasting and operational rigor in deal management
Ability to balance strategic planning with urgency in navigating enterprise healthcare environments
