About the role
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field; advanced certifications are a plus
- Proven experience in manufacturing environment with a focus on plastics injection molding or similar processes
- Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo; CAM programming experience is preferred
- Strong knowledge of robotics programming, vision inspection systems, and industrial automation technologies
- Hands-on experience with CNC programming, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and schematic interpretation
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems and factory safety protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis efficiently
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques such as 5S, Kaizen, and value stream mapping
- Mechanical knowledge related to tooling design, fabrication processes, and assembly line optimization
- Ability to coordinate project scheduling effectively across multiple departments

- Monday through Friday - 7am to 3:30pmThe pay up to $110K based on experience
