NICE CXone Cognigy Aentic AI Developer
Location: Remote
Job Description:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Conversational AI, Virtual Agent, Chatbot, Bot Development, or Contact Center AI platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Cognigy.
- AI and NICE CXone / NICE Mpower Agentic AI solutions.
- Strong understanding of NLP, NLU, intent/entity design, dialogue management, and conversational design.
- Experience with voice bot / chatbot design for customer service and contact center workflows.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, Python, REST APIs, webhooks, JSON and XML.Exposure to GenAI / LLM platforms such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI GPT, or Vertex AI.Design, develop, and customize Cognigy.
- AI and NICE CXone Agentic AI conversational solutions.
- Build and maintain flows, intents, entities, context management, business logic, and dialogue orchestration.
- Develop AI-powered virtual agents for voice and digital customer interaction channels.
- Integrate Cognigy.
- AI with NICE CXone, Salesforce Agent Voice, Service
- Now, CRM, knowledge bases, and enterprise systems.
- Configure Agent Assist, Knowledge AI, virtual agents, and AI-powered customer journeys.
- Develop API/middleware components; support testing, troubleshooting, tuning, deployment, and production support.
- Work with architects
Cognigy.
