About the role

QXO is building an AI-native takeoff platform to measure buildings from plans, imagery, and 3D models. You will design systems that convert addresses, plans, or images into accurate material quantities and forecasts, guiding production across roofing, insulation, and exterior products. The Staff Software Engineer will advance computer vision, geometry, LLMs, and scalable estimation, shaping product direction with product, UX, and sales leaders.
