Medical or chiropractic office experience 1 year needed?
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication & multitasking skills
Friendly, professional, patient-focused attitude
Comfortable with computers and office software
Medical or chiropractic office experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent

Hiring aFull-Time
Hours vary weekly based on availability, vacations & office needs
Office hours fall between 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM
Typical scheduled hours: Mon / Wed / Thurs:12:30 PM - 7:30 PM
Tues & Fri:12:30 until 6:00 PM
Saturdays required:7:30 AM - 1:00 PM
Flexibility is a must??
What You'll Do:
Welcome and check patients in and out
Answer phones and assist patients in person & electronically
Schedule and coordinate appointments
Collect copays and support billing tasks
Maintain patient records (paper & electronic)
This role requires standing for part of the shift.
