We service a diverse range of clients from technology start-ups to billion dollar NASDAQlisted and Government Owned Corporations in the commercial aspects of research, development, management and technology transfer. Swanson Reedseeks to recruit an Executive Assistant to join their energetic team. The Position By providing support to Senior Managers your responsibilities will include High level administrative support Organising business functions, projects and domestic/international travel arrangements Diary management Assisting with WIP budget management and reporting Facilitation and attendance of team meetings Communicating with key stakeholders You will also have the opportunity to get involved in ad hoc projects which will give you exposure to the broader business. Requirements The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of success as an Executive Assistant, preferably within a professional services or financial services environment. You will have outstanding communication skills, demonstrate a proactive and results orientated approach and have strong planning and organisational abilities. Ideally you will have exposure to managing work in progress, timesheets and expenses. You will be driven, proactive and be able to make quick decisions and work autonomously A self-starter with an inquisitive mind who demonstrates a committed and flexible approach complemented by exceptional relationship management skills will excel in this role.
