Position Summary: Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a growing local company in Fort Lauderdale to find an articulate, customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will act as the primary voice of the company, delivering exceptional support, managing inquiries, and bridging communication for both English- and Spanish-speaking clients.
Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and live chats in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner. Provide clear, detailed information regarding company products, services, order statuses, and scheduling. Fully bilingual communication (English/Spanish) daily to assist diverse local clientele and vendors. Resolve customer service issues, troubleshoot concerns, and process order adjustments or service requests accurately in the system. Maintain organized digital records of customer interactions, account updates, and follow-up tasks.
Requirements: Bilingual Fluency: Professional written and verbal fluency in both English and Spanish is strictly required. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, call center, or client-facing administrative role. Excellent active listening, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
