Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Superintendent to join our Terrazzo team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in commercial construction and field supervision. We are looking for someone dependable, organized, willing to learn, and comfortable working with both field crews and project management. Position: Entry-Level Terrazzo Superintendent Language Requirement: Bilingual – English & Spanish not required

Requirements:
• Must have an OSHA 30 certification or be willing to complete OSHA 30 training• Ability to communicate effectively with field crews, project managers, general contractors, and other trades• Dependable and able to maintain a professional presence on commercial job sites• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills• Willingness to learn terrazzo installation processes, jobsite coordination, scheduling, safety requirements, and quality control• Ability to travel to local project sites as required• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities will include:
• Assisting with supervision of terrazzo crews and daily field operations• Coordinating manpower, materials, equipment, and jobsite needs• Communicating daily with project management and field personnel• Monitoring jobsite safety and OSHA compliance• Tracking project progress and reporting field conditions• Helping maintain schedules and coordinate work with other trades• Reviewing work for quality and compliance with project requirements• Learning all phases of commercial terrazzo installation and field management Prior superintendent or terrazzo experience is not required for the right candidate. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and the desire to learn and grow into the superintendent role.
