About the role
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, landlords, and external partners
- Assist with contract administration, document preparation, and record management
- Conduct research and prepare reports related to energy, technology, and business operations
- Support office administration and daily operational activities
- Track project deadlines and follow up on action items
- Prepare presentations, meeting materials, and executive summaries
- Maintain organized company records and documentation
- Assist with special projects and business development initiatives
- Provide general administrative and operational support to company leadership
- Bachelor's degree Bilingual English & Mandarin Chinese required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Prior experience supporting executives, managers, or business leaders
- Experience with operations, project coordination, or office management
- Interest in technology, energy, data centers, or infrastructure industries
- Experience reviewing contracts or coordinating vendors is a plus
