As a Pathologist's Assistant, you'll be a key player on our dynamic team, working alongside experienced pathologists to deliver exceptional diagnostic services. You'll dive into the fascinating world of post-mortem examination, bringing precision, care, and expertise to every case.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with our pathology team to provide top-notch anatomic pathology services under the guidance of qualified pathologists
Take the lead in preparing for and performing human post-mortem examinations with meticulous attention to detail
Collaborate seamlessly with pathologists and fellow team members to ensure accurate and thorough diagnostic outcomes
Contribute your expertise to maintain the highest standards of quality and professionalism in all pathology procedures
Qualifications: Qualifications
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor of Science degree from a regionally accredited college/university is required. Successful completion of a NAACLS accredited Pathologist's Assistant program, or previous certification by the American Association of Pathologist's Assistant (AAPA) is required.
Pathologist's Assistant certification as a PA(ASCP) is preferred.
