Assembly 3rd Shift We are seeking highly motivated and safety-conscious assemblers to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise assembly of engines and various sub-assemblies, performing critical machining operations, and meeting performance metrics. Assembly 3rd Shift Details: Temp-to-Hire position$ 20.00 / hour Full Time work available Third Shift ( 06:00pm to 06:00am )Overtime may be required up to 12-hour shifts and on weekends.

Training Schedule: Must be able to train 2 weeks on 1st shift. Training pay $18.25* Perform accurate engine assembly and sub-assembly builds according to detailed specifications and quality standards.* Strictly adhere to all safety guidelines and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements; maintain a high standard of cleanliness, upkeep, and housekeeping at the workstation.* Promptly report all safety incidents and complete all mandatory safety training.* Actively collaborate within a team cell to achieve established targets for safety, quality, delivery, downtime reduction, and 5S* Demonstrate operating flexibility.* Proven experience in assembly processes within a manufacturing or industrial environment.* Ability to stand throughout the shift.
