Job description:
Entry Level Permitting Assistant
As Permitting Assistant, some of the job duties performed will include:
- Responsible for general correspondence
- Assist with making phone calls to municipalities, Atlas employees, and vendors
- Filing, copying, faxing, and scanning
- Create various spreadsheets, and maintain data as necessary
- Perform other duties associated with the administrative facet of the business
- Fill in for receptionist duty
- Qualifications, requirements, and education required for the Permitting Assistant position include:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum two years of experience doing administrative work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to demonstrate a high degree of initiative
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to communicate with all levels in organizations
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
