About the role

Overview The Call Center Representative provides customer service support for the Management and Operations teams. Primary responsibilities include the following.Responsibilities answering, screening, and relaying calls from class members and claimants researching claimant inquiries and logging correspondence details into RG/2's proprietary database data entry of claimant data into RG/2's proprietary database processing of mail as needed Reporting to the Director of Claims Administration, the Call Center Representative projects a professional company image, both internally and externally, is well organized and highly conscientious, has strong interpersonal and communication skills and exhibits the maturity to handle confidential materials and matters with discretion.Position offers a flexible schedule for a candidate interested in working 35 hours per week during normal business hours. $18 - $24 per hour, commensurate with experience.QualificationsA high school diploma and a minimum of 1-3 years' of call center experience, preferably in a professional services environment. Bilingual with excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in Spanish and English. Knowledge of MS Office Applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel). Outstanding verbal communication skills; ability to interact effectively with all organizational levels; ability to initiate, manage and complete tasks with little supervision. Strong attention to detail; flexible and adaptable to changing working conditions; able to manage competing time demands and priorities.
