Senior Product Manager (Multiple Positions)Location: San JoseEmployment Type: RegularJob Code: A108359AResponsibilitiesDesign and manage the external data disclosure platform to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of Trust and Safety data disclosures. Identify business opportunities, collect business requirements, define project scope and key milestones, and write functional and technical specifications to drive design and development discussions with leadership. Analyze complex data and use cases to support compliance policy interpretation and process design. Manage the planning, design and development of methodologies, tools and systems to improve automation and efficiency in data disclosure and compliance management. Prepare and deliver detailed project status information to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and attention to timelines, risks, obstacles, needs, restrictions, and budget. Conduct regular training sessions to educate relevant teams on compliance policies and enhance overall compliance awareness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (i.e. algorithm engineers, e-commerce product teams, or e-commerce operations) to build and iterate strategies and achieve business goals. Mentor junior-level team members.QualificationsMust have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Analytics, Compliance Management or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Analytics, Compliance Management or a related field, and 5 years of progressive, post-bachelor's related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Managing data or privacy compliance projects or programs involving cross-functional stakeholders to formulate workplan, drive alignment, coordinate collaboration, and deliver strategic business outcome; Managing project or program risk and issues related to meeting deadlines, project schedule, resourcing, or budget by identifying, communicating, and triaging resolution; Designing, maintaining, and managing product roadmaps across stakeholders including defining KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and success metrics using OKRs (Objectives and Key Results); Analyzing data, building and maintaining datasets, and creating dashboards for product planning; Interfacing directly with business leaders and stakeholders to present product or project documents, including strategy, timeline, and status documents; and Developing, maintaining, and improving data or privacy compliance policies and procedures. Travel Requirement: International travel required up to 5%.
