*THIS IS NOT A JOB AT FORCEBRANDS*Our client, a high-growth, better-for-you snacking brand, is hiring a Grocery Sales Manager, East to focus on continued success, growth, and expansion across retailers at the national & regional level. This is a full-time, remote role requiring candidates to be based on the East Coast and convenient to a major airport for travel to accounts, trade shows, and distributor meetings as needed.
What You'll Do: Own and deepen relationships with East Coast grocery and retail accounts, including assortment, pricing, placement, and location-specific execution. Manage accounts such as Market Basket, Wegmans, Wakefern, Big Y, Lowe's, Ingles, Lidl, and Publix Build retailer performance at the account level, working closely with buyers & category teams to support strong relationships and sell-through Contribute hands-on account work while operating within a flexible, team-oriented sales structure. What You Bring: CPG grocery sales, with preference for snacks, refrigerated goods, natural/BFY/premium products, or other disruptive brands in a high-growth environment Priority account exposure includes East Coast retailers such as Wegmans, Wakefern, Market Basket, Big Y, Lowe's, Ingles, Lidl, and Publix. Hands on, team-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity
