- Partner with regional and store leaders to deliver proactive HR support that enhances business performance and team experience.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and workforce planning.
- Foster a respectful, inclusive, and engaging work culture aligned with company values.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to implement enterprise programs in talent development, compensation, benefits, and DEI.Analyze HR data and trends to identify opportunities for process and operational improvement.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws and regional employment practices.
- Lead change management efforts and drive teammate engagement and retention initiatives.
- Oversee headcount planning and partner with recruitment teams to ensure effective staffing.
- Must? Haves:
- Experience managing HR operations across 50+ multi?unit locations.8+ years of progressive HR experience with strong business partnering.
- Deep understanding of state and federal employment regulations.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
