About the role
Senior Financial Analyst – Real Estate Finance / FP&AWe are partnering with a growing and entrepreneurial real estate organization looking to add a Senior Financial Analyst to its Corporate Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 3–5 years of real estate or private equity finance experience who wants broader exposure to corporate strategy, portfolio performance, forecasting, and senior leadership. You’ll work closely with the SVP of Corporate Finance and have visibility across the organization, including the CEO, CFO, accounting, operations, legal, and divisional leadership.
What You’ll Do:
Build and maintain sophisticated financial models supporting corporate and portfolio decision-making Perform cash flow analysis, earnings forecasting, and three-statement financial modeling Lead budget, forecast, and variance analysis Analyze IRR, NPV, equity multiples, and investment returns Monitor asset and portfolio KPIs and identify opportunities and risks Support operating budgets and real estate pro forma analysis Monitor current and future debt covenant compliance Prepare executive- and investor-level presentations and operating reports Partner with business leaders to communicate significant financial opportunities and challenges Help improve reporting and analytics through Yardi and other financial systems
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 3–5 years of FP&A experience within real estate or private equity Strong Excel and financial modeling skills Experience with three-statement modeling Understanding of real estate investment metrics including IRR, NPV, and equity multiples Strong communication skills and ability to present financial analysis to senior leadershipCPA, CFA, or advanced degree is a plus Yardi or enterprise performance management experience is a plus This is a strong opportunity for an analyst who wants to move beyond traditional reporting and gain exposure to corporate strategy, portfolio performance, real estate finance, and executive-level decision-making within a growing organization.
