About the role
What You Will Be Doing:
Understand the business needs of our partners and sales team, and analyze requirements related to e-commerce and retail services — going beyond surface needs to uncover the underlying business drivers. Provide expert pre-sales technical support, guiding partners and sales team members in understanding the functionality, structure, and architectural fit of our services. Own the translation of enterprise business requirements into platform architectures — mapping integrations, ERPs, and custom logic, and defining the most efficient execution path. Attend customer meetings and deliver technical content and presentations, leading technical discussions with stakeholders from C-level executives to engineering teams. Architect complex legacy migrations with 100% data integrity, and own the technical design of enterprise integrations (ERP, CRM, 3PL, custom checkouts) — serving as the technical SME for API and integration bottlenecks. Define and oversee the onboarding and delivery framework for Key Accounts — establishing milestones, managing cross-functional dependencies, and resolving blockers to keep launches on track. Ensure seamless post-launch handoff to Merchant Success and Support teams, codifying architecture decisions and remaining the escalation point for complex technical issues. Stay updated on the competitive landscape, market trends, and evolving customer needs, aligning them with the company's mission and vision — and feeding field insights back into product and engineering.

Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
